Fees are reviewed annually and confirmed with you before your first session.

Claiming from medical aid

Many plans cover psychological services provided by HPCSA members. We provide the invoice you need to submit your claim, with the correct practice and diagnostic codes.

Prescribed Minimum Benefits

Certain diagnoses qualify for PMB cover, which may fund up to 15 sessions a year from risk rather than from your savings. Ask your provider whether you qualify.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or the full fee is charged. You can reschedule directly with your psychologist.
